Breezy Harbor AMI pool retreat near the Beach

We had such a great stay! The house was sparkling clean, cozy, fully equipped, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made some great memories here and would definitely recommend it. We can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED our stay at Breezy Harbor. Mario's place was very accommodating for our little family. We loved the backyard with the pool, mini golf and bean bag game. The house had everything we needed for our week. We would definitely recommend Breezy Harbor to anyone looking to travel to Anna Maria Island!!

Mario and Lina’s home was amazing! They were extremely hospitable and very attentive to details. Their communication was excellent and timely. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has been on. The location of the house and the amenities can’t be beat. The house is literally a four minute walk to the beach! The house came with all the beach accessories you could think of and more. The heated pool and backyard felt like our own oasis. It felt very private and our kids had a great time playing the games and going for night swims with the glowing lights. The pool was always warm. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was really nice with great pressure. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook and store food for the week. The house was extremely clean, smelled really good, and easy to get comfortable in. Mario and Lina are great hosts and we intend on coming back as soon as possible! It was truly a pleasure staying in their home. If you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate to book this home!

We had a great stay, we were blown away by this place as pictures don't do justice. Everything has been completely remodeled and the inside is luxurious and super well stocked, there was nothing we missed from back home during our stay. The private pool area is like a small boutique resort with all the amenities, pool, and games. The beautiful heated pool with a water fall was so relaxing. The location to the beach was another plus, we walked the short walk with our daughter in the mornings without any problems and came home for lunch. After a pool soak and a nap, we ventured back for amazing sunsets. Mario and Lina provided a new beach wagon with chairs and umbrella for the journeys, everything has been thought of here. We are coming back in January!
